Your jewelry is made with certified raw material, committed to the sustainability of the planet and to the people
who are part of all stages of its production process.

All jewelry has lifetime assistance if it does not show signs of having been subjected to major impacts.

Your piece is accompanied by the certificate with all its details.

LOCAL SHIPMENTS (BRAZIL)

Estimated Delivery vary depending on your region and type of purchase, as specified below:

Jewelry available in the store: The delivery period includes the standard delivery period of the carrier + the
postage period (up to 48 hours after purchase). The total delivery time may vary between 3 to 10 business days
from the date of your purchase, depending on your region.

If the chosen piece is not available: You will be informed about estimated production and delivery times. Upon
shipping, you will receive an email message with an estimated delivery time and tracking information. Orders are
shipped with insurance.


Personalized orders: The estimated delivery will be calculated according to the complexity of your project.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS (OUTSIDE BRAZIL)

The pieces are shipped to over 200 countries.

Please note that depending on your country, there may be specific restrictions relating to certain items depending
on the country's export/import regulations.

There may also be a possible delay in delivery caused by the transport services, including customs clearance.

Shortly after shipping, the tracking code will be sent to you.


Before shipment, all jewelry undergoes a quality control in which they are checked for any flaws.
 

If you receive one that is not in perfect condition, please contact us immediately, by email

RETURNS


I hope you will be delighted by your jewelry. However, if you are not 100% satisfied, we ask for a maximum period
of 03 days from the date of receipt of your order to make the return shipment.

It is important to note that we will only accept jewelry that is not used, not damaged, and in the original Elisa
Fracchiolla Jewelry packaging. Please ensure that the parts are returned new, not used, with the original
packaging, certificate, and tags attached. The sale will be considered final if the jewelry is used and/or returned incomplete.

Returned jewelry undergoes an expert inspection to assess the stones and metal. If there is no objection to the
inspection, the piece can be exchanged for a piece of the same value from the online store, or a refund will be given.

 

Returned jewelry that does not comply with our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer without a refund.

 

If the returned jewelry is accepted, we will pay the shipping cost (shipping fee), though we will not be able to
refund import duties or taxes on international deliveries.

Customized or engraved pieces are non-refundable.


Any jewelry sent without consultation or prior notification cannot be accepted.
